BeeCut Studio – Terms of Use

1. Agreement Overview: This agreement is legally binding between BeeCut Studio and the Customer. Use of services requires adherence to these terms. Non-compliance results in the immediate discontinuation of services.

   
   

2. Service Plans:

   • Basic: Up to six video edits per month.
   • Pro: A dedicated editor providing approximately 40 hours of service per week.
   • Enterprise: Two dedicated editors, similar terms as Pro. Plans can be modified at BeeCut Studio’s discretion.



3. Cancellation and Renewal: Cancel at least seven days before renewal to avoid charges. Late cancellations will incur non-refundable charges.

   
   

4. Automatic Acceptance: Delivered work is accepted automatically after 48 hours unless feedback is provided.

   
   

5. Pricing and Refunds: No refunds are provided. Service continues until the end of the current billing cycle upon cancellation.

   
   

6. Intellectual Property Rights: BeeCut Studio retains ownership of general content. Custom-created works are owned by the Customer upon full payment.

   
   

7. Ownership of Materials: Customers own the final project work after full payment but not the tools/methods used to create them.

   
   

8. Fonts: Customers must purchase licenses for any third-party fonts used.

   
   

9. Customer Representations: Customers must comply with legal standards and these terms, ensuring no illegal or unauthorized use of services.

   
   

10. Prohibited Activities: Services must not be resold, redistributed, or used in illegal/fraudulent activities.

    
    

11. Feedback: Feedback should be communicated through designated platforms. BeeCut Studio retains ownership of feedback.

    
    

12. Oversight: BeeCut Studio monitors services for violations and can restrict access if terms are breached.

    
    

13. Returns and Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. Services are provided until the end of the billing cycle upon cancellation.

14. Modifications to Terms: BeeCut Studio can change or discontinue services at any time.

    
    

15. Interruptions: BeeCut Studio is not liable for service interruptions due to uncontrollable factors.

20. Showcasing Work: BeeCut Studio can showcase work unless restricted by an NDA.
